As of late it comes to mind the number of OD’s in any major city in America, yet as American and small town as the addage goes “as American as apple pie,” and right here in an area of 50k over a region of 40 square miles–one of the hottest hot beds for trafficking and usage since the opioid epidemic began. Waterville is our base of observation, our reporters interloped a band of users on the central north-end of the city. On Park St. operates a little trap house of whose occupants at this time can only be referenced allegorically.
Take one such Jessica Leclaire, enabler extraordinaire. She provides a den for lost souls and addicts to-be in her little studio at mid level. Littered with stained tin foil wraps and needles stashed in bathroom drawer. Piles of trash and food. Heads crashed out on thrice swept floors later to be mopped and disinfected. On any given night the crowd runs 3 – 8 or even 10 or 12 strong. Constant traffic.
We are investigating a conspiracy to trap the houses of the mentally ill for distribution networks with ties to Mass. CT, and Portland with some local cast of characters as a bonus.
